Community/Dance Involvement

• Lajte-Lajte Dance Group – Mildura
  Indigenous dance group
• 2002 Melbourne Show
  Performed with family dance group.
• NAIDOC Week
  Performed traditional dance in and around Melbourne.
  Participated in NAIDOC Day throughout Primary School, helping & teaching children traditional dance.
• Croc Festivals – Swan Hill
  Through school a group of students choreographed a hip hop routine and perform in front of schools from around Australia.
• BEAT
  The BEAT is a dance collaboration of schools getting together and performing.
  Where we performed a hip-hop routine.
• Stepping Stones Project
  As one of the organizers I got a group of students together to participate in the project.
  Where we got together with Kutcha Edwards and produced a song recorded and performed it.
• 2006 Commonwealth Games
  Participated in the indigenous sector of the Opening Ceremony, which meant traveling back & fort from Mildura to Melbourne.
• 2008 - Long Walk and World Doctors Conference
  Through work we set up shop to get out there and promote our Indigenous art and culture.
