Jacqui Heeney

My names Jacqui, I’m 18 and have been dancing since I was 3yrs old. I Love to dance, it makes me happy. I dance all styles, Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Latin. My first IHHP Tour was to Thursday Island. I love the people that I have met in remote communities and I love teaching them Hip Hop. Watching the kids break out of their comfort zone having the time of their lives gives me the most amazing feeling. I love learning about Indigenous cultures and experiencing new and exciting places. I enjoy talking to and listening to the elders and children in communities and helping them to believe they can achieve their dreams and goals in life - “Live, Love, Dance”.
